Левина (одна из первых теорий организационных изменений, в которой предполагается, что всегда существуют факторы, побуждающие к изменениям, и факторы, препятствующие изменениям, и если вторые перевешивают первые, изменения не происходит; по мнению Левина, для осуществления изменений необходимо ослабить препятствующие факторы, затем осуществить необходимые изменения и потом каким-л. образом закрепить новую практику)
